Once the design details are confirmed, the island is fabricated and fitted in the Montoya’s Islands shop. That approach keeps most of the noise, dust, and day-to-day building activity away from the home.
The island arrives assembled for the planned location. Delivery timing and access are coordinated around the property rather than treated as an afterthought.
Utility hookups, site work, or local approvals can vary by property and scope. When applicable, those needs are identified before fabrication and may involve licensed trade partners.
