Share photos, rough dimensions, how you cook, and who usually gathers around.

Choose the details
Shape the layout and select the grill, storage, countertop, finish, and accessories.

Build in the shop
Your island is fabricated and fitted off-site, away from the middle of your backyard.

Coordinate delivery
The finished island arrives assembled, with applicable trade connections coordinated for the handoff.

Javier Montoya began building outdoor kitchen islands in the Coachella Valley in the late 1990s. The same approach continues today: listen first, build carefully, and treat every island as a one-of-one part of the home.
